CLERK’S JOURNAL OF A SPECIAL SESSION OF THE COUNCIL

OF THE CITY OF EATON, OHIO, HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS

OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, AT 7:00P.M., ON FRIDAY, JANUARY18, 2008

 

Mayor Robert Stonecash called to order a special meeting of the Eaton City Council on Friday, January 18, 2008, at 5:00 p.m., in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.  The Deputy Clerk called the roll and found the following to be:

                        Present:          David Kirsch

            Ben Maffett

                                                Gary Wagner, Vice Mayor

                                                Robert Stonecash, Mayor

                        Absent:            None  

 

COMMITTEE REPORT

A review was given for the Committee appointed to research candidates Jesse Hanson, Bob Brower, Yolanda Haston and John Ott for the vacated council seat of Joe Renner.

 

RESOLUTION 08-01

This resolution appoints Bob Brower to the vacant Council seat, effective January 22, 2008, with the term expiring December 3, 2009.

 

Councilman Wagner moved to adopt Resolution 08-01.  Councilman Kirsch seconded the motion which passed as follows: 

Ayes:  Kirsch, Maffett, Wagner, Stonecash (4)

Nays: None (0)

 

ADJOURN

Councilman Maffett moved to adjourn.  Councilman Kirsch seconded the motion which passed as follows:

Ayes: Kirsch, Maffett, Wagner, Stonecash (4)

            Nays: None (0)
